We liked staying here, the place met needs. The rooms were fine with a comfortable bed.

The rooms were with a huge couch. The restaurant was good, and the staff courteous.

Our stay here was really nice, perfect place for exploring Charlotte. Comfortable bedroom. All the staff was helpful. A fantastic bar on site.

Its a double room was well-appointed with sectional sofas and a sofa bed, as for instance. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were not very good.

The onsite bar was nice and the staff were welcoming.

The rooms are adequate and air-conditioned, the staff is extremly helpful. Plenty of supplies in the room: electric outlets and buzzer. Delicious breakfast, decent service. Sky bar and lovely pool.

English breakfast was lovely, staff was absolutely exceptional.

Optimal location, the staff were absolutely amazing! Everything was impressive as expected, even so the bathroom was flooded. They offered full English breakfast, it was marvellous.

Not so great views.

It was a fine stay, most enjoyable place. Fine breakfast, nice pool, graceful staff. Our room had a big bed and an absolutely breathtaking view. We really enjoyed that there was a bathtub. The coffee bar was cozy and the drinks were hot. Centrally located for us.

Facilities were excellent, nevertheless internet was terrible.

Fairly clean hotel, I loved staff and location. The bonus was contemporary room decor and small bar. They made my stay relaxing. Pet friendly venue in a good enough area of Charlotte.

This hotel was adequate and everything was so good. The location was convenient and my bed was really comfy. I liked so beautiful room with the best bathroom. Always extremely friendly, the staff were ready to help. Venue was very clean and the service was exceptional.

The true strength of this pet friendly hotel was in the tremendous staff. Food for breakfast was different, yogurt and breads. Super convenient location and impeccable service in the venue.

We had 2 nights in Charlotte, spend our time here nicely. Staff were ACCOMMODATING, in particular manager.
